TRIP REPORTS

Trip Reports and Confidentiality Agreements

For years pilots have often provided debriefs or after action report from their interview experience. Our goal has never been to be a source of “gouge” or currently in vogue questions, but rather to teach a solid set of communication skills to help you deal with any of the questions that might come your way during the process.  Detailed question lists from recent interviews are readily available at a host of other websites, including AVIATIONINTERVIEWS.COM and Will Fly For Food.

It has come to our attention that an interviewee had a job offer rescinded due to a report they shared online.  We want to see our clients get hired, but just as importantly keep the job they worked so hard to attain.  To prevent any similar events from occurring in the future, we will not publish any form of trip report or after action report on our site.  We will provide a list of questions that should prepare you well for any interview that you face with various categories and types of questions so that you can develop your own stories and responses.  The goal of each client should be to determine what abilities, events, and qualifications they want to highlight during the interview, and use these questions as a way to get the information across to your interviewers.
